During my search for a dependable vehicle for my daughter, I visited a number of dealerships within the Vancouver and Portland metro area, but it wasn’t until I visited Gladstone Mazda that I felt comfortable purchasing a vehicle. Great experience! Sydney was knowledgeable and friendly. She showed me all of the different options that I was interested in and had us test driving promptly! She did a great job explaining all of the benefits to the different cars and their trim packages. We ultimately landed on the CX 9 rather than the CX 5 because she thought I might benefit from the third row seating! Once we test drove the signature I was sold. Great job! Great experience!

Friendly and helpful, all of my questions were answered and I was shown the car that best fit my needs. When I thought there was an issue the day after the sale, everyone from the manager to the detailer stepped in to immediately and politely resolve the problem. Very happy.

It is easy to schedule an appointment. They have lots of places to sit and relax while I wait. Always prepared for my visit with paperwork at ready. Give a heads up if there is anything out of the normal that needs doing.

The downside: I confirmed two things before driving from Salem for my last service appointment: appointment time, and, no charge for the work, as confirmed with the Service Manager. The Service Manager checked me in once there, but could not find record of the appointment and did not recall our conversation a few days earlier related to no charge. The upside: the work done was excellent and despite the mix up, they took care of me.
