This message is for Oregon residents in the Metro area, if you are looking at a new Mazda beware, we had an ok buying experience and the CX50 TPP is a nice vehicle but when we have been seeking service for an issue, dealer tells me twice they’re short handed and to come back, I reach out to the Mazda Experience team to arrange the resolution.

I had the best experience buying a car at Mazda of Gladstone! I want to give a special shout out to my salesman Andrew. He was amazing. He wasn't pushy at all, more like meeting a new friend! I had a lot of anxiety before I got there about the whole process, but the whole team was great. They had me in and out of there in 2 hrs and treated me right. I would give them more stars if I could. I highly recommend them!
James and AC were top notch. James and AC had great knowledge of the used car they were selling me even though it was not a Mazda brand. I would recommend this dealership team to any body looking for a new ride.

We paid for a diagnostic so we wouldn't do any unnecessary work, took more than 2 weeks to get the part, while we got no updates and had to keep calling and getting transfered to an extension that never picked up and dropped my call, and after the car was returned to us nothing has improved. We didn't have Mr. Love for our sales representative we had Wayne for our representative. I can't remember his last name but he was AWESOME! He left the dealership right after we got our car and I hope it wasn't related to the sale of our car. He wouldn't tell me the reason for leaving so I suspect that it may of been over the sale.
Edward Sanders was a fantastic sales representative. He made our buying experience comfortable and easy. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to find the exact Mazda we wanted at an affordable price. When we arrived, our car was in the showroom and ready to go. We couldn’t imagine a better buying experience. Edward made that happen.
At 73 years old, James was the perfect teacher to learn and fall in love with the car!
I’m always so happy to get my car serviced at Mazda of Gladstone. Everything always runs so smoothly with checking in and the waiting area is comfortable. I was told the appointment would last about 1 and 1/2 hours and I got a text letting me know my car was ready at 1 hour 40 minutes. My car runs great and everyone is so nice. And all my records are in one place. Happy customer!

I was put in touch with Steven Patino to check out a new Mazda we were interested, and am so glad he was our sales person. Very streamlined, saved days of negotiations, with none of the usual song and dance before bringing out a legitimately workable deal. Brought in the exact vehicle we wanted, and sold it at the agreed upon price/rate. Vastly improved experience, when compared to other deals offered on the same make/model/trim in the near vicinity.

Recently purchased a CX-5, with exceptional help from James. He was extremely knowledgeable and highly entertaining. We weren’t sure which trim level would fit our life with dogs, and he guided us through all of the various features and the associated bells and whistles. First of all, Andrew is a fantastic salesman to work with. This man has been with Gladstone Mazda for a couple of months and he is already one of the best car sales man I have worked with. He is knowledgeable and always willing to explain features of each car type and model. Even after the sale, he has helped me tackle a couple of minor issues I had with the car with no problem. Terrible customer service, which ends the moment your purchase is complete. After speaking with two salespersons and a finance person, we were told that we could put a $3,000 payment on our credit card once the 'no payment for ninety days' offer ended. Upon receiving the first notice from Mazda Financial Services, I was then told that this wasn't an option. Do NOT come here to buy your car. They just tell you whatever you need to hear in order to sell you the car. They said we could use our credit card to pay up to $3000, but didn’t tell us that it has to be right at the time of purchase. They led us to believe we could pay using our credit card at a later time by not only the car salesmen, but the financial manager as well. We would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will stay away from Mazda moving forward.

We were looking to replace a CX-9 and Mazda of Gladstone had a certified pre-owned that was exact match for what we wanted. Derek was great throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. Everything was simple and straightforward.
Walked in needing a bigger car and 2 hours later drove my 2021 Subaru home. Was treated fairly and they worked with the price to fit what I could afford. This is the 3rd car I have bought here.
Though it took several hours to finish buying my car, Derek helped us go through the process smoothly, explaining every step of the way. He is intelligent, pleasant and fun to work with.

It was awful after she handed me off to financing, or even working with the sales manager on an issue with the vehicle of interest.
